Texas DPS Uploads

Hey everyone, welcome back to another video here from ScrapRight. This video here is going to be a quick short video on how to run your Texas DPS report to send off to the state of Texas. So first things first, it's at the end of the day, we've done a ticket. 

I'll go ahead and do another one here. I'm just going to go and find a customer here that has a cash card. So we've got their cash card in there so I can pay them cash. 

We've got all of their compliance and everything completed here. I'm just going to go and add a material to the ticket that I've mapped to the state of Texas on what the Texas wants to see. I'm going to go ahead and just make this ticket here compliant. 

Get everything that I need from that for the state of Texas here. So when I go to pay out this ticket, I've got my green checkmark. It's compliant. 

It says my Texas compliance is satisfied. Always be checking that there on your tickets, making sure that it says that the Texas compliance is satisfied. You shouldn't have any issues at the end of the day with any entries kicking back an error from the Texas online metals site. 

So let me go ahead and pay in print. Now that ticket is completed, to go and run your report for the end of the day. If we go up here to reports and we go down here to police reports, you'll see one here that says Texas DPS. 

If we open that, we can download that Texas DPS XML file. If you needed to upload two days or if you needed to go and run, change the date range and run it for yesterday, you can do that. But you could also just run today's date. 

So we're going to go ahead and download that Texas DPS XML. So I downloaded the XML file here in my bottom left. And so what you would do is you'd go to your downloads folder and it would be the most recent entry there in your downloads folder. 

You would just take that file and you would upload it to the Texas online metals site. And that is the quick, simple, easy way to get your XML file from ScrapRight. Thank you guys.
