1. Opening the back door of the ATM will automatically give you the Admin mode options.
2. Alternatively, without the door open, you can enter Admin mode by entering Ctrl+Alt+s on a keyboard (locally or remotely)
3. Choose the Diagnostics Option
4. You'll get a read out for each cassette. This can identify if one of the cassettes has a problem or in the case of this screenshot, the reject bin is full. So the ATM will not go into service with the full reject bin.
5. Clear the hardware issue, then put the ATM back into service.
