Restart the IoT Service

If any of your ScrapRight devices are not working, you may need to perform a restart of your IoT service. This is an easy step to quickly fix an issue with your printers, drivers license scanner, fingerprint scanner, signature capture, or automatic scale reading. 

Step 1: Locate the IoT agent software in the bottom right corner of your PC. The icon looks like this:

Step 2: Right click on the icon to open the menu

Step 3: Click the button that says "Restart Service" 

Ste[p 4: Then try to use your device again to see if its working
