This hotfix release for ScrapRight version 2.8.1 addresses several critical issues across inventory management, reporting, and accounting integrations. Key fixes include resolving inventory discrepancies during package creation and ticket voiding, ensuring data consistency in shipment reports, and improving compliance messaging in the mobile application.

Bug Fixes

Inventory and Materials

  • Fixed an issue where creating a package from the ticket page would set the material unit ID to null.
  • Resolved a bug where voiding a purchase ticket with regrade materials would incorrectly create new inventory records when using asynchronous FIFO.
  • Corrected a validation error that allowed outbound packing lists to be finalized even when it resulted in negative inventory.

Reporting

  • Ensured that CSV exports for the Shipment Status Report now match the data presented in the PDF version.
  • Updated the Shipment Status Report to correctly display material information for sales orders.

QuickBooks and Accounting

  • Fixed a synchronization issue where the default organization AP term was not correctly syncing to QuickBooks Online when no term was selected for a customer or business.

UI and Usability

  • Resolved an issue in the offline SR App where Texas compliance warnings regarding vehicle plates and license images were incorrectly displayed for offline tickets.
