Release Notes v2-2.6.3
Summary: This hotfix addresses issues focused on improving data accuracy in reports, resolving pricing list issues, fixing mobile driver workflows, and correcting a QuickBooks configuration problem.
Reporting & Data Accuracy
- Fixed incorrect data in Shipment Status Report — The report was displaying inaccurate weight values when filtering by a specific ship date. Weights now correctly reflect the associated packing list.
- Fixed Sales Invoice Report showing $0 margin totals — Margin totals on the Sales Invoice Report were incorrectly displaying as zero. Totals now calculate and display correctly.
- Fixed POS tickets missing from Material Audit Report — Materials marked as sell items were not appearing in the inventory grid or Material Audit Report after adjustments. These now display as expected.
- Fixed average cost spikes — A certain scenario caused unexpected spikes in average cost calculations. Cost values now compute correctly.
Pricing & Customer Setup
- Fixed customers disappearing from Price Lists — Under certain conditions involving organization filter changes, customers were being removed from price lists. Price list assignments now persist correctly.
Mobile & Operations
- Restored full job visibility for drivers on mobile — The driver mobile view now shows all assigned jobs (past, present, and future) regardless of date, restoring the previous expected behavior.
Accounting Integration
- Fixed QuickBooks AP Bills date configuration not saving — The setting to switch AP Bills from "Ticket Paid Date" to "Ticket Start Date" was not persisting after save. The configuration now saves and applies correctly.
